MPA sponsored FREE Beginner Pickleball Classes are offered the first Monday of every month, in the adult gym at Patterson Park Community Center, located at 521 Martin Luther King Blvd., Murfreesboro, TN 37130.

Registration Sign-In table starts at 9:15am;  Introduction to Pickleball briefing/presentation is from 9:30-10:25am; followed by warm up exercises, hands-on supervised instruction, and court play in the gym, ending at 12:00 noon.

These classes are designed for beginners, where participants will learn about pickleball safety, proper equipment, and the rules of the game, while gaining hands-on practice to build their skills.

In addition to the classes, beginner play practice is scheduled every Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. also at the Patterson Park indoor facility.  This time slot offers a welcoming environment where new players can get comfortable with the game without the intimidation of playing with more advanced players.

MPA provides paddles and balls for use during the class.
